Lano Equipment, Inc., a family owned business since 1946, is looking for full time Admin Assistant at our Anoka, MN store to ensure that we are meeting and exceeding our customers needs. The Admin Assistant will work closely with all departments of the store. We are looking for a dedicated, hard-working employee who has excellent customer service along with a strong attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Customer loan initiation, monitoring and billing.
• Monthly reconciliation of vendor statements.
• Accounts payable offsets for electronic payments.
• Distribution of customer statements monthly.
• Office supply ordering.
• Submit payroll on a weekly basis in a timely fashion.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable.
• Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work and collaborate with all levels of employees and customers.
• Goal oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently and complete a wide variety of projects/tasks.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain compliance with schedules and meet deadlines.
• Focus on detail and accuracy while accomplishing a large volume of work.
• Professional presence including integrity, creativity, commitment and the ability to make sound decisions.
• Ability to adapt quickly as department and business needs change.
