Landrum Human Resources Hiring for Accounting Payable Specialist Job at Remote Full Time

SAP Ariba knowledge (specifically in Ariba Invoice Management and reporting), good analytical and communication skills.

The primary responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Resolution of and response to Help Desk queries that come into the Infosys AP mailbox
  • Analysis of Help Desk tickets to define and target retraining of end users as appropriate
  • Report Generation and Analysis of:
  • Ariba Parked Invoices
  • Ariba Unassigned Invoices
  • Ariba Pay Failure Invoices
  • Other Ariba Exception Invoices
  • Allocation of activities for clearing of Ariba queues defined in #2 above; This would mean allocating work to Infosys and/or IT where appropriate
  • Review of current Corporate POs not yet Converted to define and support plan for conversion
  • Review of current Manual vendor list to assist in prioritization of targeted onboarding to Ariba where possible

Work done primarily remotely working during MST and this position may include some travel to Colorado.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
