THE POSITION
The Talent Acquisition Specialist’s role is to support hiring managers to effectively identify and attract candidates for leadership roles as well as coordinate college recruiting efforts.
This individual will focus on proactive sourcing and applicant management solutions to maintain a healthy candidate pool and manage hiring forecasts.
They will also be responsible for other aspects of the recruiting process such as researching market trends, creative sourcing activities, ing, and other strategic initiatives based on business needs.
