Land Surveys is an organization that does and we are building an HR team that care about people, a team that wants to make a difference and a team that gets things done.

We have a high number of roles to fill in the company. With the international borders closed and a shortage of surveyors across Australia, we are looking for a recruiter who knows how to reach people, and how to encourage people who aren’t looking for a new role, to consider moving companies. We’re looking for someone who knows how to write an advert – not just post a job description on seek and thinks “that will do”. We’re looking for someone who is genuine and is interested in people – and will keep a conversation going – even if candidates are recruitable six months down the line and not straight away.

Where you have come from is unimportant. You could have a background in marketing or HR. You could have been out of the workforce for a while but have a great way of engaging with people. We don’t mind.
