The Logistics Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting supply chain operations in North America, ensuring best-in-class service levels for both internal and external customers.

This position is crucial for maintaining safe and efficient stewardship practices within the logistics function.

Required Experience : Recent experience directly supporting Supply Chain Operations and Logistics. Advanced proficiency in SAP, specifically in conducting a wide range of TM (Transportation Management) and OTC (Order to Cash) transactions.

Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve SAP discrepancies and issues.

Exceptional Excel skills, including mastery of advanced formulas and features commonly used in high-volume environments.

Duties :

The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations.

These duties include but are not limited to : Executing a high volume of SAP transactions with a focus on multitasking and managing priorities effectively.

Creating stock transfer orders to support reverse logistics for product returns.

Collaborating closely with the Customer Service team to ensure timely and accurate processing of return orders. Investigating inventory discrepancies at third-party warehouses and providing operational support for the inventory reconciliation process.

Handling the renaming of batch / lot codes to correct inventory master data. Processing freight invoices that have been rejected from third-party audit, adhering to timeline expectations.

Investigating root causes for freight invoice errors to prevent future rejections and improve overall processes.
