Lancaster University Hiring for Student Recruitment Events Officer Job at Lancaster, England Full Time

We are looking for an organised, motivated and enthusiastic person to join our friendly Events team which is an ambitious and developing team who support the University’s strategic objectives relating to student recruitment. The team is responsible for delivering high quality recruitment and conversion activities both on campus and digitally to reach our target audiences in the UK and around the globe. The successful post holder will have lead responsibility for the annual undergraduate open days. They will also initiate and project manage processes in line with the team objectives, so that stakeholder engagement and future activity can be secured, as well as ensuring a high level of service is deployed and maintained.

In addition, the role holder will support and develop conversion activity building on relationships with stakeholders that successfully attract students to Lancaster as a study destination. Educated to degree level, you will need to be able to prioritise your workload and work under pressure whilst developing and maintaining mutually beneficial working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You will report to the Head of Recruitment Events and Experience and will work closely with the Admissions Office, Marketing, faculty and departmental recruitment teams and other key University staff.
