Applicants are sought for the important role of Head of Student and Programme Administration (SPA) at Lancaster University. Leading a newly restructured team responsible for the delivery of critical services from registration to award, the successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with the ability to deliver user-focussed, digitally-led, efficient operations.

Reporting to the Academic Registrar and joining the Student and Education Services Leadership Team, the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of leading and developing a diverse team, refining services and evolving practices while responding at pace to a diverse range of operational challenges.

Highly emotionally intelligent, with significant recent experience of delivering improvements to service, the role holder will build positive, collaborative relationships with senior staff of the University and its partners in the UK and overseas.
