Responsibilities:
Assist with general enquiries and information requests from external customers.
Consult with the team and supervisor when dealing with complex enquiries, issues or requests, and escalating as necessary.
Provide efficient data processing and record management services to facilitate accurate transaction processing
Manage high volume calls via inbound and outbound channels.
To be successful in this role you must have:
Ability to problem solve, think critically about work tasks, and seek clarification when unsure.
Be willing to develop and apply new skills and look for opportunities for further efficiencies in current processes.
Ability to navigate your way through multiple systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50-$26.77 per hour
