Lamplighter South Hotel Hiring for Maintenance at Springfield, MO Full Time

We are looking for someone who has experience in everyday maintenance skills. Looking for someone who is highly motived and are able to work in different types environments.

Lamplighter Inn South, is dedicated to restoring our glory days of Route 66 experience. We strive to maintain excellent customer service and luxury stay.

Job Description:

• Cleaning and repairing vents rooms/public areas
• Light grounds keeping and disposing of trash
• Maintaining our outdoor pool & hot tub, test chemicals add if needed, clean filters & vacuum pool floor
• Plumbing, fix leaks and clogged up sink/toilets’/etc.
• Check all Air freshers in hallways and public areas
• Fix doors, cabinets, furniture, light fixtures, etc.
• Check meter readings / levels
• Greet Guest with a friendly and assisted if needed.
• Remain calm and alert during emergencies or heavy hotel activity.
• Painting, spackling, n caulking

Requirements:

• Able to lift 50lbs plus
• Able to endure flights of steps
• Able to work under tight and crap corners
