We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Receptionist to join our team.
Position Overview:
- This role is critical to our success, as you manage our clients’ first impressions.
- In this position, you will perform clerical and administrative functions for the firm.

Job Title:Law Firm Receptionist.
Type of Position: Full Time.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9-6pm.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients & visitors.
- The answer, screen, transfer, or park inbound telephone calls.
- Distribute incoming mail.
- Process and drop off outgoing mail.
- Draft correspondences and other documents.
- Plan and schedule appointments.
- Perform other office tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Customer Service: 2 years required.
- Computer literate.
- High School or Equivalent.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Clear and pleasant phone manner.
