The Patron Services Manager (PSM) is responsible for coordinating all areas of communication and customer service relating to the performance and special events components of Lake Dillon Theatre Company (LDTC) programming. The PSM will provide customer service functions for all season subscribers, individual ticket buyers, and patrons attending public, private, or other free community special events. ing directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the PSM will partner closely with marketing and development to ensure alignment on patron services strategy and operations.
