ing to the Bakery Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:

Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach

Properly prepare products to Co-op standards, package and label finished products, maintain production records

Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department

Maintain and display all types of bakery products according to department standards

Continually monitor code dates to ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf at all times; follow FIFO

Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience – in person and on the phone

Take cake orders and cake writing as required

Perform other duties as assigned
