This position is full-time year-round ONLY

This position assists accounting and HR as needed. Daily tasks could include a variety of the following:

• Coordination, preparation, and distribution of Manager on Duty calendar
• Coordination, preparation, and distribution of Drivers List
• Coordination, preparation, and distribution of Phone List
• Preparation of Welcome bags for new arrivals
• Schedule and coordinate preliminary interviews and onboarding of new hires.
• Follow up on meetings, missing documents, outstanding issues, etc. for HR and DOF
• Filing for HR and DOF, preparation of year-end storage of files, and coordination with maintenance to move boxes as needed to storage units.
• Distribution of daily resort mail.
• Ordering and inventory of office supplies.
• Scheduling of appointments for Director of Finance-calendar management for DOF and HR Manager.
• Greeting incoming visitors and coordinating of meeting for walk-in needs.
• Any other duties that may be assigned

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Math Ability:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software.
