The duties of this position are:

• Being responsible for posting and reconciling all resort invoices and statements.
• Prepare all checks for vendor payments weekly once approved by upper management.

The Accounts Payable Clerk will assist with other accounting duties such as:

• Daily cash reconciliation.
• Daily revenue reporting as requested.
• Daily reconciliation of vendor invoices and statements.
• Daily distribution of mail for the resort.
• Daily posting of all approved invoices into the PMS system.

Work closely with managers to obtain approvals for invoices and assist with any resolution need on discrepancies.

• Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
