This is a stellar Director level opportunity within a fast-growing company focused on providing innovative technologies and solutions to provide better treatments for patients.

The qualified individual would be responsible for developing goals to meet site specific objectives, working on complex facility related problems to determine appropriate action, as well as providing guidance to employees according to company polices and management guidance.

Additional responsibilities would also include :

• Overseeing facility engineering operational technologies, calibration, maintenance, and equipment maintenance staff.
• Execution of day-to-day support necessary to maintain the building systems while remaining in compliance with biopharmaceutical manufacturing regulatory requirements.
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive CI, engineering, maintenance, technical services, manufacturing technology roadmap, metrology, and facility setup.
• Organizing, managing, developing, and implementing project plans, construction projects, designs, assembly of equipment, processes, and systems to ensure timely project completion.
• Contributing to company?s profitability and growth strategy.
• Managing multi-use facilities, including HVAC systems and bio-containment systems.
• Accepting and installing manufacturing equipment.
• Working with facility commissioning / validation team, including operational protocol development, to implement compliance with cGMP requirements.
• Ensuring proper investigation and prompt closure of department deviations.
• Drafting SOPs for building operation, maintenance, and security.
• Managing facility preventive maintenance.
• Setting clear goals and expectations, tracking progress against goals, ensuring constructive feedback, and addressing performance concerns and issues for all direct s.

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Science, Business, or Engineering. Master?s degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in continuous improvement, manufacturing technology.
• 15+ years of progressive Engineering management experience.
• 5+ years in a regulated industry.
• Experience managing HVAC systems.
• Proficient with process definition and project management.
• Experience with cGMP environments, preferably in a biopharmaceutical production setting.
• Ability to strategically plan and influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PLC programs and compliant control systems.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to be a team leader.
