EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS : Shall possess knowledge of medical privacy and confidentiality, and accreditation standards of Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, The Joint Commission, and Clinical Practice Guidelines.
General medical ethics, telephone etiquette and excellent communication and customer services skills. Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and coordinate activities such as appointments, meetings, and suspense timelines.
