The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TA) or “Recruiter” will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find a positive match to Lactalis’ culture and long-term goals.

As a TA Specialist, you would build relationships with numerous departments to learn of specific hiring need while executing the recruitment plan.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include :

• Collaborates with the TA Manager and peers to facilitate, implement, and evaluate all phases of the recruitment process
• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Assisting with the full recruitment life cycle : advertising open positions, screening applicants, interviews, recommendations to managers, and the offer process
• Proactively sources prospects, both passive and aggressive, utilizing recruiting tools for both corporate and industrial US Lactalis locations
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and corporate HR team during the offer process; identifying compensation recommendations, start dates, and other pertinent details
• Organizes, participates, and facilitates new hire orientation
• Organize and attend job fairs or hiring seminars to attract talent
• Provides assistance to the human resource team with projects concerning personnel, interns, global mobility, and recruiting, among others
• Travel and / or extended or off-work hours may be required.

Requirements

Education

HS Diploma or Equivalent Required, Associates degree preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of related experience required, specifically in talent acquisition
• Experience in the Manufacturing Industry preferred

Specialized Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Familiarity with job boards and optimizing advertisements
• Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills
