The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for providing leadership and support by managing the full life-cycle recruitment process.

This role is responsible for ensuring the overall recruitment strategy, attracts recruits, and selects high-performing employees that drive the business forward, which requires partnering with hiring managers;

sourcing candidates; delivering proactive solutions through managing the Company’s LinkedIn account, fostering relationships with external agencies / schools, and providing advice and guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection, and meeting staffing objectives.

Key responsibilities for this position include :

• Manage and develop a team of recruiters to include time management, performance evaluations, time off requests, etc.
• Develop and manage a recruitment strategy which includes sourcing strategy, selection criteria, identification and management of recruitment tools, recruitment procedures and processes, and on-boarding programs.
• Responsible for full recruitment life cycle; advertising open positions, execute selection procedures by screening resumes, conducting / assisting management with interviews following behavioral interviewing principles, preparing offer letters, and presenting job offers to applicants.
• Providing research and statistical information, collecting, preparing, and analyzing information to use as resources for Talent Acquisition Team.
• Preparing / updating job descriptions for positions.
• Develop and manage relationships with Universities and Colleges and lead all on-campus initiatives including but not limited to recruitment initiatives, career fairs, marketing events, social events etc.
• Manage all recruitment software and tools (i.e. LinkedIn and Paylocity). Build a talent pool and leverage software and tools as a means for building employment branding to attract and retain talent.
• Manage relationships with third party recruitment providers.
• Travel and / or extended or off work hours may be required.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following :

Education

Bachelors degree or higher preferred; or equivalent experience to include a minimum of five (5) years job related experience

Experience

• 5+ years talent acquisition experience required
• 2+ years management experience required
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred

Specialized Knowledge

• Applicant Tracking Systems – Paylocity preferred
• LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
