Purpose of the Role:
The Specialist position is responsible for managing the sourcing/recruiting/selection and hiring for all open plant/office positions at the Maryville manufacturing location. Incumbent uses a variety of approaches to identify potential candidates, both passive and active, and identifying talent pools for future hiring needs. Support Laclede’s efforts at local schools and in the community to inform and communicate the job opportunities at this manufacturing site. In addition, role is responsible to process hourly payroll on a weekly schedule and handle basic HR administrative tasks. (i.e. petty cash, office mail (receiving/sending), vending machine issues, service awards, employee purchases etc.)
