Labour Revolution are a labour hire agency within the construction, landscaping, and warehouse industry. We would love to welcome a new assistant on board to help with our recruitment, sales, and marketing.
Your average day will be spent mostly on the phone talking with applicants, onboarding new workers, and producing job adverts. We will also need your creativity with helping to build marketing projects and support management of social platforms.
What we need:
Someone self-motivated, keen on the phone and recruitment savvy. This job will have you working in all areas from Recruitment, Sales, Marketing and Operations – perfect for those who want to develop their career knowledge and enjoys managing various projects.
It is a fast-paced environment working with a small team so be prepared to learn a lot. We’d love the assistant to bring ideas to the table for reaching new workers and so you will be involved in Marketing as well as Sales, giving you the opportunity to earn commission by bringing on your own clients.
Our office is in Bondi Junction, hours are 8am/4pm.
Experience in construction is desired but not necessary. Experience in administration and recruitment is preferred.

This position is a casual contract for four weeks to ensure both yourself and the business are suited to each other. From there we will take you on as a full-time employee with many benefits.
