Staffing Specialist

$21 Per Hour (starting pay) + Full Benefits & Advancement

[Pay Range: $21.00 to $28.35]

The person selected for this position must enjoy working with people in person. Staffing Specialists are the face of each LaborWorks location and are responsible for the majority of the staffing and administration functions in their branch.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Staffing Specialists are responsible for the complete fulfillment process and will lead the branch’s recruiting activities by taking candidates through each phase of the application and placement process
• Reviews employment applications and interviews applicants to evaluate work history, skills, education, training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications
• Informs an applicant of job responsibilities, compensation, work schedules, working conditions, policies, safety procedures, and other information
• Dispatches qualified applicants lo client organization, and follows up with client on employee performance
• Equally important, are demonstrating good people skills(compassion, empathy, patience, friendliness) when working with colleagues and workers if you have the experience outlined above and would like to work with an organization who treats their employees like family, apply with LaborWorks today.

Requirements:

• Must be a high school or college graduate (AA, AS, BA or higher education)
• Must have one or more years customer service experience with basic computer skills
• Willing to be trained for specific computer programs and able to follow processes

• Bilingual (English/Spanish
