LAB Hiring for Senior Project Manager (NV cleared) at Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia Full Time

Looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Canberra. Candidates with NV1 or other levels of security clearance will be preferred

The Role

• Manage large, complex cloud-native projects and lead technical teams to deliver effective & timely outcomes
• Deliver projects effectively using the most appropriate methodologies & frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Scaled, Scrum, Kanban , DevOps)
• Understand and manage the delivery of the defined scope within commercial frameworks of the SOW
• Drive the key projects allocated to them and provide support to other projects when requested.
• Identify, establish, build, and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
• Work collaboratively to deliver client strategic outcomes.
• Prepare, maintain, and track progress of project schedules, s, resource forecasts, RAID logs, minutes, project documentation and project finances
• Establish and follow the project rhythm of regular meetings, workshops, stand-ups, project status s, meeting minutes, governance meetings and steering committees,
• Provide clear, concise, and timely updates to progress and escalations (if required)
• Support the internal uplift of our LAB3 Project Delivery capability.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experienced in delivering complex technology transformation programs, streams and independent projects in large enterprise environments.
• Significant experience in managing Agile, Waterfall and hybrid projects within technology and in using Scrum and Kanban as required
• Azure Cloud (Infrastructure or Migration) Project delivery experience is a big plus
• Excellent skills in budget tracking, financials and complex cost benefit analysis.
• Experience working with a consultancy/ service provider delivering projects in client environments
• Vendor and partner management
• Highly developed oral presentation skills and advanced communication skills
• Experience in writing clear and concise business requirements for process and technology
• Professional ing, documentation, and communication capabilities
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or other PM certifications preferred
