Job Summary:
The Manager, Talent Acquisition will set vision, strategy, and goals for all aspects of recruiting talent across La Rabida. Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies, to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for the organization.
Job Requirements:
What we need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- A minimum of 7 years prior recruiting experience in a healthcare setting required.
- Prior experience negotiating with outside agencies and retained search firms to obtain the best terms and conditions for La Rabida required.
- Prior experience developing job descriptions required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety wide range of job requirements required.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative required.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines required.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software required.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer required.
- Ability to travel off campus for the purpose of establishing relationships with external recruiting sources required.
