**Previous experience in an HR leadership role in a Multi-Unit NYC Restaurant Group is required**

La Pecora Bianca is seeking a Director of Human Resources to oversee and grow the department to support our growth. We are one fo the fastest growing hospitality groups in NYC, growing from 4 to 8 locations over the next 18 months. We are building a progressive, next generation hospitality company and this role will be a key member of our Executive Management Team and contribute to our overall strategy and direction.

As Director of Human Resources, you will oversee:

• Talent Acquisition and Development: Recruitment, onboarding, performance management and career development
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
• Compensation and Benefits: Develop and implement best in class compensation and benefits plans and strategies to ensure retention and support recruitment
• Employee Relations: Mentor, coach, and help manage 300 employees growing to 600 next year
• Culture and Mission: Work with CEO and senior leadership to ensure the organization lives its values and continues to build a positive, empathetic, and inspiring culture and work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
