LMRV is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant for our growing team. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service, administrative and computer skills and can work independently.

SALARY : $20-24 / hr.

SCHEDULE : Monday-Friday 7am-4 : 30pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Create RO’s and Counter tickets, ensuring all customer information and vehicle information are accurate.
• Set all appointments in current CRM appointment system.
• Invoice and close all RO’s, counter tickets, SPO’s, and PO’s.
• Ensure pricing matches quoted estimate and no customer is released without receiving payment in full.
• Perform a walk around to inspect coaches for damage at time of check in and prior to customer departure.
• Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Obtain customer’s signature on repair order or counter ticket; provides customer with a copy. Unless it is prior customer taking delivery of their RV.
• Makes sure to fill in the revised estimate field on the repair order after obtaining authorization from the customer if the estimate changes from the original estimate given.
• Properly tag each unit noting customer name, date in, and indicate VanUp OR on tag.
• Responsible for making sure all units are parked in designated areas, units are secured and locked.
• Create and maintain all service files from stock to customer.
• Receive parts into company’s current inventory database as needed.
• Charge parts to the appropriate RO’s.
• Ensure accuracy of parts requested / used on RO’s to match initial estimate.
• Properly code invoices for business office.
• Turn in any coded invoices and pricing discrepancies to the Parts Manager.
• Maintains s / spreadsheets of profit and loss (including all other information) for Management.
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in progress (WIP), as needed.
• Keep accurate and legible records.

• General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
