The Full Time, Customer Service Manager is responsible for developing and growing the front of house team as the first line of contact for customers.

The ideal candidate has a proven ability to take a personalized, action oriented approach to customer needs. They have a strong business and sales acumen, and knowledge of customer service and trends in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Lead store engagement, deepen relationships with customers, drives sales and awareness of La Glace and our product.
• Plan and forecast monthly sales goals
• Working closely with Kitchen Manager for product, scheduling staff, setting up work area and visual elements in store.
• Accurately conduct administrative tasks such as payroll, policy and procedural updates

• Excellent listening, negotiation, interpersonal and customer experience skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, in person and on the phone.
• Ability to work with a diverse team and adaptable to different learning methods
• Excellent organizational and process management skills, ability to set priorities, and responsiveness to customer requests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $48,000.00 per year
