As an assistant office manager, your primary role is to act as an advocate for the organization through interactions in the offices assigned in the region by ensuring the office is running efficiently and profitably.

You work hard to keep the office running in a smooth, effective and efficient manner, with a focus on growth in the practice and maintaining a positive culture.

Our ideal Office Manager has experience with and is responsible for :

• Communicating well within your assigned office and with the administrative team
• Exceptional follow through on all commitments and deadlines
• Looking for innovative ways to improve the office, team performance and staff engagement, and patient experience
• Understanding, reviewing and training on all systems
• Helping the team and practice to grow, increasing production and growing patient base
• Ensuring fairness, transparency and inclusivity with team members and patients
• Being organized and timely, and ensuring the same for the office
• Not participating in or tolerating drama
• Fostering a team-oriented culture by working as a team player and encouraging collaboration and working together towards common goals
• Working hard AND smart, managing time and tasks to ensure a healthy work / life balance

Bonus Points for :

• Dental Office experience
• Eaglesoft or similar software experience
• Desire to lead by example and willingness to jump in the weeds without hesitation
