EXPERIENCED BOOKEEPER NEEDED

We are a fulfilment company based in St Leonards-on-sea, East Sussex and require a bookkeeper to join our busy team

The role is mainly office with some home based offering 16-20 hours per week, which can be spread over 4 or 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.

Experienced bookkeeper used to company finance and financial planning.

Your role will include:

• Bookkeeping using Xero accounting software
• Process sales & purchase invoices
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Submitting MTD VAT returns
• Managing credit control
• Working with Microsoft excel and outlook
• General company financial associated duties

You need to be:

• Highly organised, proactive, and enthusiastic
• Strong IT and verbal communication skills
• Bookkeeping experience is essential, preferably with AAT (or equivalent) qualifications

In return you will receive:

· A competitive salary of £29,000, calculated on 40 hours per week

· 25 days annual leave (calculated ) + bank holidays
