Our company is currently in need of an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will enjoy developing effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with technical support staff to resolve customer concerns, using problem-solving techniques learned during training.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer telephone calls and route them to the appropriate representative.
• Use software to record customer calls.
• Gather customer information for internal databases.
• Provide customer service for customers with problems.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Refer customers to other departments or agencies when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
