Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and own the Kyriba content strategy : Conduct regular audits of the existing Kyriba content library, map the assets across the buyer stages and personas to identify gaps and where content can be updated, refreshed and repurposed in an ongoing cycle.
Lead a team of two in-house content specialists to create net new pillar content and repurposed content that drives engagement on kyriba.
com and across various distribution channels.
Establish and execute a multi-channel, global campaign strategy : Develop a multi-platform go-to-market digital campaigns structure and approach that scales across geographies, personas and verticals.
Lead a campaigns team of two to build a scalable, efficient and effective campaigns engine that delivers consistent and repeatable business results.
Oversee the paid media strategy and evolution : Partner with the regional marketing team members and performance marketing manager to plan, execute and optimize a paid media strategy across multiple channels.
Plan and track budget allocation across all digital channels and platforms.
Evolve the Kyriba organic social media strategy : Build and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy across multiple platforms that engages the Kyriba ICP, leverages both new and existing content, and further establishes Kyriba as a thought leader in the industry.
Work across teams (internal comms, creative, content, etc.) to establish a framework for posting, engaging, measuring results, and building a strategic content calendar that exceeds relevant social media KPIs.
Measure the Impact of Digital Marketing : Establish business-level and brand-awareness level KPIs to measure effectiveness of the digital marketing programs.
Measure the impact of the content and paid media strategies and deliver data-driven insights to drive action at all levels of the marketing organization.

LI-Remote
Base compensation for this role is : $163,700.00 – $166,666.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation.
The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
