Kyndryl’s Graduate Program – What We Offer
As a graduate at Kyndryl, you will participate in a 12-month structured program. Your journey will see you network with senior leaders and learn from great mentors. You’ll be encouraged to pursue industry-standard certifications, skills trainings and on-the-job activities that will help you grow your career at Kyndryl. At the end of 12 months, you would have worked on some high impact projects to provide advisory and solutions that drive purposeful outcomes for our customers. We’ll offer you a safe and fun environment to practice what you’ve learnt, all the while providing you with feedback to develop your potential. The Graduate program will commence in February 2023.

Other Attributes & Skills We Are Looking For

• An Undergraduate or Post Graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Project Management, General Management and Actuarial Studies with no more than 2 years’ experience.
• Excellent learning skills
• A team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisation skills, being resilient and able to react to changes quickly whilst working in a fast-paced environment
• Self-driven and energetic
• Passionate for innovation and problem solving and comfortable working within technical areas such as Cloud, Cyber, Network, Security, etc.
• For fresh graduates, previous internship experience in technology industry is desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.

• Graduate degrees in identified areas of specialisation (technical and non-technical)
