Kwikly Dental Staffing Hiring for Talent Sourcing Specialist at Minneapolis, MN Full Time

Kwikly is growing and is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to call on dental Professionals who are interested in joining our pool of talented temp professionals! This is a great role if you’ve had your first experience with high volume calling and lead generation.

The Talent Sourcing Specialist responsibilities include handling recruitment procedures, identifying high-potential candidates, describing Kwikly’s unique staffing solution and benefits for dental professionals, and capturing each call outcome.

Ultimately, you will help us grow our teams with qualified employees and achieve our goals!

Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
• Execute on sourcing strategies as determined by VP of Business Development
• Hot leads generation, nurture interested candidates, and candidate research
• Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and lead quality

Required Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation and high volume cold calling
• Ability to engage with candidates in virtual environments in a personable, engaging manner that represents Kwikly and conveys our values and standards
• Organization, follow up and strong communication skills to interact effectively with Professional and office team
• Strong web, mobile and desktop skills – we use HubSpot, Google Docs, and various web-based tools such as Slack and our proprietary Kwikly app
• Knowledge of ATS or CRM systems and documentation flows through hiring cycle
• Knowledge of high volume phone and email sequence systems – we use Ring.io and Klenty

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
