Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
– Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
– Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
– Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue

Requirements:
– Strong math skills, including the ability to perform basic calculations
– Knowledge of retail math principles is a plus
– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
– Ability to stand for extended periods of time
