ROLE OVERVIEW

The Business Systems Analyst II has the overall responsibility for tactical execution of the company’s software, systems integration, and business intelligence. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building and improving processes. This position s to the Chief Financial Officer, but will work directly with Plant Managers, Departmental Leaders, and the Director of Information Technology to deliver on the Company’s systems related initiatives.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTS

• Review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies.
• Collaborate with ERP implementation team members
• Manage all internal and corporate systems, including employee technology, infrastructure, applications, and Business Intelligence initiatives.
• Document system requirements, define scope and objectives, and create system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
• Meet and exceed expectations for quality of service and associated business outcomes.
• Cultivate a workplace culture that emphasizes deep business alignment, accountability for outcomes, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Classwork or associate degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience developing, engineering, and architecting software solutions
• Strong technical background in software engineering and systems deployment
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP preferred)
• Proficient with SQL, BI tools, creation
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and background screening
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Pay commensurate with experience: $82,752 – 104,592 per year
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• 
  Insurance Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Life and Disability Insurance plans (60 day waiting period)
• 
  Retirement Benefits: 401K Plan with company match (90 day waiting period – restrictions apply)
• Paid Time Off: (90 day waiting period, prorated for first year)
  • Vacation: 80 hours a year, with increases based on years of service
  • Holidays: 58 hours a year (7 days): New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following, and Christmas Day
  • Sick Leave: 40 hours a year, accrued at 1 hour per 40 hours worked for hourly employees, salary employees prorated for first year
• 
  Other Compensation: Employees may be eligible for annual performance bonuses
• Location: Yakima, Washington. Telework arrangements may be considered.
  • Telework expectations: Must be available and responsive during scheduled work hours and possess a physical workspace that facilitates telework (internet access, ability to focus on work during work hours if others are present in the home, successfully complete telework environment safety assessments on a regular basis). Employees must use video during virtual meetings to support non-verbal communication continuity. Kwik Lok will supply the employee with all necessary technology to perform work.
• Work environment: Office environment in a manufacturing facility. Occasionally bends, squats, reaches, kneels, and may lift up to 15 lbs. on occasion. Constantly seeing, hearing, talking.
