What’s the job?

As a Game Programmer (HTML5 for Playables) you love coding and have a passion for games. You understand design and what a potential player might want to see from our games in order to install them.

What you will really be doing

• Using html5 engines and Javascript as main technologies in your day to day work.
• Turning great game designs and prototypes into playable ads for our games.
• Solving any challenges that might appear on the way.

How you will be doing this

• You’ll be part of an agile, multidisciplinary and creative team and work closely with them to ensure the best results.
• You’ll think creatively and be motivated by challenges and constantly striving for the best.
• You’ll work with cutting edge technology, if you need software or hardware to get the job done efficiently, you will get it. We even have a robot!

Team

Our talented team is our signature. We have a highly creative atmosphere with more than 200 staff where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute daily to important decisions. You’ll work within an extremely experienced, passionate and diverse team, including David Darling and the creator of the Micro Machines video games.

Skills and Requirements

• Javascript, HTML and CSS experience
• Canvas experience
• Experience with HTML engines (Three.js, phaser for example)
• Some experience as game programmer
• Excellent communication skills.
• Android / iOS or UI experience would be desirable.
• Interest in design and how marketing works in games would be ideal.
• An avid interest in either console or mobile games, preferably both.

Desirable

• Mraid implementation experience
• Experience with Three.js and Phaser HTML engines
• Experience with 3D software packages such as 3DS Max and Maya
• An interest in mobile games – in particular hyper-casual.
• Experience with development processes such as GIT and Management Tools
• Unity experience a large plus
