KW Westfield is looking for an accounting assistant. The right person is methodical, predictable, patient and calm under pressure. This person is also organized and autonomous, they don’t want to be micromanaged. They are extremely detail oriented and technology savvy. They are task oriented and a “by the book” person. They will ensure all associates are paid timely and accurately, implement full charge bookeeping, complete monthly closes, and provide weekly and monthly reports. The work environment and culture is second to none!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Physical Setting:

  • Office

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Orem, UT 84057: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Accounting Support Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
