Summary

I am looking for an organized, task-oriented assistant to support me as I begin to build my empire within the EZ sales team. To be successful as my Commercial Real Estate Assistant you should be highly organized and socially confident. You will need a desire to grow in your position and be willing to asking questions and make suggestions. We are looking for someone who can manage day-to-day operations while enabling the realtor to perform efficiently. The ideal candidate will enjoy organizing and checking things off a list while solving problems and creating/implementing the company’s systems and models.

The EZ Sales Team is the #1 real estate team in Ohio and has held that title for the past 8 years. In 2022, the EZ sales team closed over $380 Million in volume thanks to Record breaking sales and award winning client service Headquartered in Westlake, The EZ Sales Team is servicing all surrounding areas locally with the statewide support of its team and the Worldwide support of Keller Williams Realty.

Who are you working with?

The position is being offered is to work alongside one of EZ Sales teams top 5 agents. She was born and raised in the Cleveland area, resides on the eastside and knows the cities inside and out. She is one of very few agents who specialize in working only with investors and sell commercial multifamily properties. In 2022, she took the leap and joined KW Commercial to help further her career as a commercial multifamily sales agent. Entering her 4th year in real estate she has big plans and expectations for 2023. Teaching is at the heart of that goal. In the new year, she will be launching several investing classes geared toward teaching agents and women how to invest in real estate. She was also recently announced as the EZ sales teams newest coach and is excited to become a mentor to new agents. She is passionately working to change the face of commercial real estate by helping more women feel confident working with investors and investing in real estate. In order to meet her 2023 goal of selling $25M, it is crucial she add the right person to her team. She values someone who exemplifies hardwork, creative thinking and a drive unlike any other.

Who is the ideal candidate?

The ideal candidate is familiar with the real estate process, the forms and the procedures associated with it. They will have experience working with a CRM (expirience with Realnex would be a HUGE plus) They are passionate about finding solutions and creating models/ systems to make the day to day operations more efficient. They are eager to learn and are constantly looking for ways to grow and better themselves. They are self disciplined, orginized and reliable. This person would become her right hand and a vital key in growing her business. Leadership skills would be a huge benefit since this position could be responsible for hiring in the future. Most importantly, they are confident in their skills and abilities and not afraid to speak up when something could be done better.

Responsibilities:

• Follow transactions from contract to close.
• Utilize Realnex to its fullest potential
• Create and add clients to smart plans
• Schedule meetings and manage calendar events.
• Create monthly newsletter
• Implement 8 week database plan
• Data mine contacts
• Create files in dotloop, fill out contracts and gather documents.
• Communicate with title companies and vendors
• Send thank you cards, homeaversary, and other corespondance
• Create and implement more efficient systems
• Assist with emails as needed
• Manage client database with detailed notes
• Optimize database system to its fullest potential.
• Coordinate inspections, as needed.
• Host open houses, attend showings/ inspections
• Act as a buyers agent if desired
• Analyze properties and deals
• Organize receipts and accounts
• Document and obtain property feedback after showings.
• Optimize and Organize the filing system.
• Prepare listing materials and manage all listings.
• Take inventory and order office supplies.
• Social Media Posting & Website Management for our listings.
• Help plan client events
• Find investment opportunities for clients
• Maintain and manage Vendor Relationships.
• Document & organize systems.
• Uphold the values of The EZ Sales Team at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• As we grow, you would be responsible for hiring and training your replacement for certain responsibilites.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED.
• Ohio real estate license
• Desire to grow in their position.
• Reliable Transportation
• Willingness to learn new things
• Previous real estate experience is preferred
• Good Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organization & implementation skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a schedule.
• Flexible with daily schedule in the beginning
• Strong, positive mindset
• Willing to complete a DISC and/or KPA assesment

Compensation

• $32,000 – $40,000 yearly + Bonuses
• Part to Full Time – 20-40 hours a week
• 1 week paid vacation

Training

Between KW, KW commercial, The EZ sales team, realnex and nucleus- there is more training that will become available to you then you could know what to do with. You dont have to know it all from Day 1 but you do need to be ready to learn, digest and implement quickly.

The first 90 days will be probationary and you will be required to be present at the Westlake office and/or her home office in pepper pike.

Where

This position could eventually be a work form home position but to start, you will be expected to come into the office everyday. We have offices in strongsville, solon, westlake, Mentor and a home office in Pepper pike. Pepper pike and Westlake will be the main locations.

This position could potentially be split into 2 positions. One for a non licensed applicant to handle data mining, CRM, systems and other executive assistant duties and the other for an agent looking for supplemental income doing contract to close work and acting as a showing agent. Preference will be given to someone who can fill all roles at day 1.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $17.00 per hour
