Kura is focused on creating a people culture built around coaching, development & engagement and we are recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to join us in our Sunderland site. The right person will work in partnerships with operations to deliver key people metrics.
Within this role your responsibilities will be to ensure that the delivery of HR strategy and practices contributing to the achievement of Kura’s vision and philosophy.
Role details.:
Build effective partnerships, working closely with the Operations and Support teams to understand business priorities and drive strong business results.
Influence senior management to deliver people agenda.
Train, coach and challenge managers in their application of HR policies to ensure the effective management of people in line with the Kura philosophy.
Support Managers deal with complex and sensitive employee relations matters.
Translate business requirements into effective HR practises; proactively identifying, developing and leading people solutions to positively impact business results.
Analyse management information and monitor effectiveness of people practises to offer insight into management effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
Provide employee engagement insight, supporting Operational and Support teams in understanding and addressing employee concerns to drive engagement.
Execution of appraisal, reward and compensation cycles.
Drive talent management across the business through development programmes and succession planning.
Plan, lead and deliver organisational change initiatives, minimising people impact and business risk.
Management of HR Assistants; delivering effective lifecycle administration, streamlining ways of working and promote professional development.
Working understanding of HR system.
What we are looking for.:
Who we think will be a great fit –
CIPD Qualified or degree level equivalent
Previous experience within a similar role within a Contact Centre or fast paced environment
Experience of contributing to organisational strategy development and decision making
Experience in leading organisational change including redundancy and TUPE programmes
Experience helping others develop through coaching, mentoring and sharing best practice
Skills in identifying problems and the ability to develop alternative solutions
Good planning, time management and organisational skills
Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft packages
Strong HR system experience with the ability to quickly learn, use and develop the HR system
