Your responsibilities will include:
Working hand-in-hand with the Operational Business and HR teams to co-ordinate, administer and deliver excellent future talent programmes.
Supporting recruitment campaigns and selection processes
Development & delivery of our school outreach toolkits and activities
Coordinating on-boarding & induction activities (branding, materials, event management)
Continuous Improvement projects linked to feedback gathered from our trainees
Your Skills and Experiences
Currently studying for a degree qualification
A passion for HR and people development
Ability to work on own initiative
Strong communication skills
Strong planning and organisational skills with an ability to manage high volume and varied workload.
A good team player
A willingness to learn
Driving licence not essential as long as candidates can reach the site by public transport
