Your Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work in the warehouse intercepting, processing, and keying orders into our system. As the primary contact for our internal departments and external customers, you must have an outgoing, professional demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for quickly solving problems with satisfactory solutions. Your typical schedule will be Monday – Friday,7:00 am – 3:30 pm. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.

Your Responsibilities

• Wave planning and release
• Examine records and inform customers of shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed
• Promptly respond to emails and customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and follow up quickly
• Compile, sort, and verify records for accuracy; file documents and s
• Confer with various departments and carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments; compile statistics and prepare various s
• Sign in Drivers with the correct documentation
• Gather and assess data and quantify results to ensure accurate and complete information
• Create and provide internal and external distribution center s
• Provide back-up support for other departments when needed

Your Skills And Experiences

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of recent full-time customer service experience in a warehousing or distribution environment
• 2+ years of experience in a warehousing or distribution environment
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with AS400, SAP, or any Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
• Strong ability to quantify results and create accurate ing
• English fluency (written and verbal)
