The Service

Close to all public transport, Darling Nest is our work-based service dedicated to providing quality education and care for children of Commonwealth Bank employees aged 6 weeks to 5 years old.

Their play-based program intentionally provides opportunities and experiences based upon the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), for children to discover and pursue their own interests and strengths.

The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an early childhood educator with a completed Certificate III qualification to join the team in a permanent part time capacity.

This position will see you working 8.5 hours per day, every Thursday and Friday. Access to our casual pool on non contracted days is available.

To be considered for this role, it is essential you have:

• Work rights to enable you to work in Australia
• A valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check
• A recognised Certificate III in Children’s Services qualification or similar as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Quality Authority (ACECQA)
• Child Protection training and knowledge of current legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children
• Sound understanding of the NQF, EYLF, Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
