We are seeking an ambitious Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about attracting, sourcing, identifying, selecting and inducting high performing talent into organisations.

Your next role.

Forming part of the Talent team and with the Executive Manager, you will:

• Talent Partner: in collaboration with operational leaders gain business insights to identify and understand short and long – term talent needs, challenges and opportunities. Applying this insight develop bespoke talent attraction and sourcing strategies with appropriate channels, platforms and talent initiatives to maximise employer brand and attraction strategies that drive results;
• Select & Assess: lead in – house recruitment activity for blue collar recruitment that enables the company to remain competitive, proactively conduct industry – wide research on contemporary recruitment models and benchmarks, as well as build a professional network and knowledge base of candidate ‘laws of attraction’ and behaviour;
• Governance: ability to balance compliance with policy, legislation and corporate governance standards against the achievement of positive outcomes; ensure document management and selection methodology, practices and tools meet privacy principles; update position descriptions, selection tools, pre employment and employment documents meet employment obligations;
• Champion of the People: as the champion of people and ambassador of the business create a memorable and impressive candidate experience through prompt & professional communication; demonstrate specialist knowledge of the business and roles being recruited and competency frameworks, while upholding diversity goals, core values and organisational capability targets;

Your expertise.

As the successful talent partner you bring:

• Relevant qualifications and accreditations in competency frameworks, psychometric and aptitude testing;
• Blue collar recruitment of employees covered by an Enterprise Agreement
• An engaging communication style, where you exude a genuine interest in supporting, coaching and empowering leaders to identify and select talent that uplifts our organisational capability and purposefully connects people to our vision;
• Extensive experience in selecting and assessing talent applied within blue/white collar roles, including understanding of organisational development & talent management models;
• Proven experience in designing and identifying job success factors in customised assessment practices, including individual and group assessment design;
• Experience leading and delivering a proactive talent acquisition in – house service across a complex business;
• Strong experience in developing talent attraction strategies including bespoke recruitment campaigns and specialist search through platforms such as LinkedIn;
• A positive attitude with strong relationship building skills;
• A commitment to delivering results and continuous improvement; and
• A strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
