Job Summary
KristoFOAM Industries is looking for an experienced, motivated Customer Service Manager to lead our CSR team! The Customer Service Manager is responsible for developing and managing client relationships by maintaining client expectations and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of all deliverables according to clients’ needs and objectives. You must be able to work in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment with exceptional communication and organizational skills. Qualification & Skills
1. Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma from a recognized University or College
2. Minimum of 5 years of Manufacturing Industry experience
3. Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience
4. Minimum 5 years experience with MRP/ERP systems
5. Good to advanced computer skills – MS Office Products
6. Good communication skills – Fluent verbal English and written skills
7. Proficiency in English communication both oral and written.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for reviewing customer Purchase Orders and EDI information as per QP-7D Tender and Contract Review.
2. Responsible for ensuring that Customer Service Associates (CSR’s) are trained to ensure that customer Purchase Orders are received, reviewed, and confirmed as per QP-7D Tender and Contract Review
3. Responsible for ensuring that CSRs collaborate with all relevant departments to ensure the timely confirmation of orders and resolution of any issues associated with customer Purchase Orders.
4. Responsible for ensuring that customer specific work instructions are available for CSR’s.
5. Responsible for ensuring that CSR’s prepare customer specific shipping documents are prepared accurately and in a timely manner when required.
6. Responsible for ensuring the quality of service provided by the Customer Service Department to external customers and departments within the organization.
7. Responsible for initiating Customer Complaint Reports (CAR’s) when required and the collection of supporting documentation
8. Responsible for coordinating activities between Sales and Engineering that require special attention in terms of product specific documentation, shipping documentation and billing / invoicing.
9. Responsible for tracking and reporting on-time delivery performance as per QP-8F Delivery & Invoicing
10. Responsible for Document Control related to order history and invoicing.
11. Responsible for complying with the Joint Health & Safety Manual Sec. 2.1 Management Responsibilities.
12. Responsible to maintain and continually improve the EHS management system encompassing health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
13. Responsible for compliance with EHS MS as defined through documented procedures, work instructions, programs, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
14. Responsible for compliance with all Management Team responsibilities as defined in the EHS manual as required.
