Kris Konstruction Design & Build Group Hiring for Digital Marketing Manager/Graphic Designer at Towson, MD Full Time

Digital Marketer/Graphic Designer. If you accept our offer of employment, the following terms and conditions will apply: By signing this letter agreement, you represent and warrant to the Company that you are under no contractual commitments inconsistent with your obligations to the Company. Your beginning rate of compensation will be a salary of $55-60k.

For every lead that you bring in through your marketing efforts, you will earn a commission of $25.00.

For a lead to qualify – a company representative must be able to meet with the homeowner. Once a company representative has met with the homeowner, you will be paid your commission.

If the job sells, you will receive an additional $75.00 commission once the job is complete.

Your employment with the Company will be “at will,” meaning that either you or the Company will be entitled to terminate your employment at any time and for any reason, with or without cause.

This is the full and complete agreement between you and the Company on this term. Any contrary representations, which may have been made to you, are superseded by this offer. Although your job duties, title, compensation and benefits, as well as the Company’s personnel policies and procedures, may change from time to time, the “at will” nature of your employment may only be changed in an express written agreement signed by you and a duly authorized officer of the Company.

All forms of compensation referred to in this letter are subject to reduction to reflect applicable withholding and payroll taxes.

As required by law, your employment with the Company is also contingent upon you providing legal proof of your identity and authorization to work in the United States. This position includes a lot of graphic design and some video editing.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Daily Responsibilities:

• Post on FB and IG once daily, mixing up content between all divisions of the company (Roofing, Fire and Flood, Remodeling, Commercial, Solar, and Florida)
• Reply and interact with customers on all social media posts
• Check FB and IG to monitor cost per lead and stop/start/edit/duplicate ads as needed, ing weekly cost to Kris and Shelby
• Monitor all Google ads Track any incoming leads from ads that you are running

Weekly:

• Chose at least one job to visit for new photos/videos weekly (remodeling jobs may not be as frequent)
• Create a catchy video weekly for social media for remodeling, recruiting, and roofing
• Monitor our Google Analytics so we can adjust our ads and keywords as needed for our ads to be as effective as possible
• Send Kris and Shelby a weekly of what leads have come in and their outcome to track what type of ad is most effective for our customer base
• Create posts based on all sponsorships that we are involved in

Monthly:

• Write (2) articles for company blog to help with SEO Take the best photos and content for the month and upload to our google page as well as our website (this can be done through our host)
• Work with each division to create a monthly ad to be promoted out front of our showroom, on social media, and on any print ads we may send out This includes FB Pay per click ads, Google Local Service ads and more
• You will be given a marketing budget for the year, it will be your responsibility to manage all ads and optimize the marketing budget.
• Misc./as needed Film video content and create ads for FB Ads Manager to run Design post cards for our remodeling division and send out to direct neighbors of jobs that we are working
• Whenever there are fires/floods, geofence our existing fire and flood ads in that area Post ads as needed based on wind and hail storms, floods, and fires

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
