Full Job Description

We are looking to add a recruiter to the team. This person MUST BE LOCATED IN TEXAS, PREFERABLY DFW AREA. Yes, it is remote, but given the goals of the company for a long term plan, we are not considering candidates outside of Texas.

This recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing prospective candidates for multiple roles including maintenance, custodial, healthcare, and multiple positions in the hospitality industry as well as property management.

Must have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience and be very comfortable on the phone. This is a 1099 position and will be commission based. We are open to someone working parttime if they actually work on the positions. There is a lot of potential to make good money. We currently have 54 positions you would be responsible for and more coming in weekly.

We pride ourselves on maintaining great relationships with candidates and are not looking for someone that only goes by a checklist to find the right fit.
