Kreitmaker Inc Hiring for Dispatcher/Customer Service at Toronto, ON Full Time

We are a concrete, masonry, and landscape supply company looking for a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher.

This position requires the candidate to take on customer orders, accommodate delivery times and organize the drivers schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

-must provide excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE

-work with customers to organize and schedule orders accurately and efficiently.

-must be able to react and work with an adjusting delivery schedule,

-must be able to obtain information and understand customer job requests.

-must have a basic knowledge of creating invoices, creating quotations, and collecting payments.

-must have EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

-must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

-must be able to work on a rotating 5-6 day work week schedule Monday-Saturday.

-must be able to work overtime when required or as when schedule demands.

-concrete or building material experience is an asset.

-knowledge of GTA streets is an asset.
