Experienced Customer Service and Sales Consultant.

Kreitmaker has a new opportunity to hire an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant and Sales Consultant.

If you want to elevate your career, and you enjoy building relationships with customers, assisting them to find that “wow” piece for their home by directing them to the right department and supporting a retail sales consultant team, then this position is right for you.

To be successful you should have excellent communication and customer service skills that continually exceed our customer’s expectation.

Experienced in handling client’s phone and email inquiries relating to deliveries, product, services, pricing, and ordering, entering them into the system, supporting our customers by ensuring inquires have been taken care on time.

Answering phones in a professional, timely manner, and routing calls as required.

Experienced at maintaining an accurate record of all leads, products, and pricing as well as informing potential and existing customers of new products and exciting products.

Proven inside sales experience with a passion to find and close new leads.

Working with Homeowners, Landscapers, Designers, Architect, and Contractors in helping them select the right product.

Create quotes and specification packages for customers and follow up with the customers along with maintain detailed and organized records of quotes, sales, and customer requests.
