Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in the day-to-day functions of our marketing department and will work in several areas of marketing including digital marketing, data management, tradeshow marketing, print collateral, and more. This person will be responsible for entering, organizing, and cleaning customer data, as well as compiling customer gifts, shipping collateral, maintaining inventory, and assisting in coordinating company tradeshows and events.

Core Responsibilities:

• Review and enter data in our CRM system
• Export data and clean lists for various marketing activities
• Assist with packing and shipping various items such as customer gifts and marketing collateral
• Manage and fulfill incoming print collateral requests
• Assist Education and Events Coordinator with the planning and coordination of company tradeshows and events
• Populate the company’s websites and social pages with event information
• Maintain inventory of promotional items and identify new promotional item opportunities
• Assist the Project Coordinator with various tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Associate degree, but bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience working in an office setting a plus, but not required

Working Hours:

Standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Summer business hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $39,000.00 per year
