KPMG Australia’s Contingent Workforce Talent Acquisition Team is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to drive strategic initiatives and add value to multiple service lines across the firm nationally.

Your Opportunity

As part of the People & Inclusion (P&I) function, this integral position is responsible for delivering recruitment sourcing strategies, and building key relationships with the firm’s senior leadership, and working cohesively with the national recruitment leadership.

This position will require you to support recruitment and resource management for a diverse portfolio of service lines nationally, within our Contingent Workforce team. Experience/knowledge and networks in these areas is essential.

Your key accountabilities will include:

• End to end management of all contingent requirements by all service lines, including engaging directly with independent contractors and agency needs
• Work with Partners and senior leaders to proactively source and connect great talent with our firm
• Cultivate consultative relationships with candidates and the business
• Build talent pools to enhance diversity and our ability to respond quickly to business growth and emerging workforce needs
• Identify potential process improvements and raise with your Performance Manager
• Work collaboratively with our resourcing teams, HR Business Partners and the broader HR teams to deliver a high quality and seamless service to stakeholders
• Consulting with in house legal council on contract amendments
• Conducting onboarding activities

How are you Extraordinary?

To succeed in this challenging position you will ideally hold:

• End to end experience in recruitment processes
• Ability to establish good relationships with Recruitment Agency providers
• Experience in agency recruitment (preferably high volume) as well as an in-house environment will be advantageous, but not essential
• Exceptional stakeholder relationship skills with the ability to develop trust and credibility at senior levels
• Experience within Resource management or workforce planning would be highly advantageous
• Highly organised and the ability to work under pressure with competing priorities
• A passionate people person with exceptional communication and the ability to engage and influence others
• Strong attention to detail
• Contract management
• Exposure or knowledge of sham contracting and labour hire licensing requirements preferred but not essential.
