A Snapshot Of Your Peer Group

• 10+ years’ experience leading the design and delivery of large scale or complex business or technology programmes
• Expertise across one or more of the following: Portfolio management, PMO operation, change management, planning and controls, governance and ing, agile methodology and advanced project management technology
• Problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders, lead a team and achieve programme benefits
• Experience of people development, coaching and mentoring team members
• Project and Programme Management qualifications including relevant post graduate courses (e.g., PGradDip, MBA) and recognised industry credentials (e.g., PMP, PgMP, SaFE, ACP)
• Earlier career in the project management of business critical or crisis driven projects in a consulting capacity or with a large public/private enterprise
• Experience from across industry sectors including Financial Services, Public Sector, Utilities, Engineering/Infrastructure and Healthcare
